Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is an ideal yoga class for beginners, anyone with limited mobility, or those at risk of falling. Jess will guide participants through breathwork, a series of yoga postures, and balance work.
This class offers a total body stretch and is excellent for building confidence and strength. All ages and body types are welcome. A yoga mat is optional.
