Ashley was born and raised in the country in West Virginia. Growing up with mountains surrounding her, she often hikes the mountains for self care and clarity. She understands the importance of connecting with nature.

She graduated from NVSTM and became licensed in 2017. She is dedicated to uncovering the root cause of issues and harmonizing with the body for optimal well-being.

Whether it be a focused or relaxing session; she helps give the body the resources it needs to recover from stress, pain, or tightness.

Her goal is to help people reset so they can feel better tomorrow.
