Deep Core Yhandi’s Inner Light
Yhandi’s process was designed to help you discover how pain and fears have trapped your Inner Child.
The first 2 sessions of this process deal with the emotional body. This is located in your second spleen/sacral chakra where we hold the feelings about ourselves and the world we live in.
As children, we enter the world with love, openness, and a belief that the gifts we bring are sweet and precious. We dream great dreams and feel the passion of the creative forces within us. We believe in what we feel, and we know the power of this “juice”, for it is our creative, transforming, attracting, and healing energy. We know that what we feel is real, but as we progress through the years our experiences teach us not to trust our feelings.
The natural ability to feel our “barometer” that should guide us, slowly numbs. We separate from our feelings and learn not to trust in our creative magic. We lose the “juice”, the passion, and the ability to feel joy and therefore the ability to create beautiful things in our life. We learn that to feel is to experience pain.
The last 2 sessions of this process deals with the mental body. This is located in your solar plexus chakra and it is the seat for self-confidence.
Negative faulty beliefs in this center creates patterns of failure and hopelessness. At the end the child (emotional body) and adult (mental body are integrated so they can be whole.
This process takes four sessions and a commitment to all four sessions is necessary. The cost is for all four sessions which take approximately one to two hours each.
